To qualify for this paid prescreening, you must: 

• Be 18 years or older
• Be diagnosed with either Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes 

• Not be enrolled in any other research studies 
• Only participate in this paid prescreen one time 

Qualified participants receive $25 for participating in this prescreen.
